4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by experience type and will be communicated at the time of booking. In general:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the experience date receive a full refund
- Cancellations 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the experience date are non-refundable
Void Whisper Glide reserves the right to cancel experiences due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, and the Void Whisper Glide logo — is the property of Void Whisper Glide or its content partners and is protected by Japanese and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability

11. Accessibility & Accommodation
Void Whisper Glide is committed to providing accessible experiences. If you have mobility, sensory, or other accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, though some traditional fishing port activities may have inherent physical limitations.
12. Group Bookings and Corporate Events
For group bookings of 10 or more participants, special arrangements and pricing may apply. Group organizers are responsible for collecting and communicating all participant information to Void Whisper Glide. We reserve the right to cancel group experiences if minimum participant requirements are not met or if group conduct violates these terms.
13. Photography and Media Use
By participating in a Void Whisper Glide experience, you grant us the right to photograph or record video for archival, educational, or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival. Individual community members photographed as part of cultural experiences have given their informed consent separately.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the Void Whisper Glide website or services shall be governed by the laws of Japan. We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. If a formal dispute arises, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We will modify the invalid provision to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
